UV Scratch Press Film PRSexpert

A specialised, thick and fully transparent film designed to make paint touch-ups faster, easier and more precise. After applying slightly excess PRS pigment into a scratch, the film is placed over the repair and pressed with a squeegee. This forces the material into the defect while spreading the surplus to the sides, instantly reducing the typical raised bump and creating a much smoother surface.

The film transmits UV waves, allowing the material to be fully cured with a UV lamp without removing the film. Once cured, the film peels off easily and cleanly – even at elevated temperatures it leaves no adhesive residue on the paint.

Heat-resistant and dimensionally stable during UV curing, it ensures consistent results and minimises or completely eliminates the need for sanding after curing.
