DUAL ACTION 21 MM POLISHING MACHINE
Roller D21 V2 is a multipurpose, 21 mm stroke polishing machine. It is suitable wherever a strong correction force combined with a perfect surface finish is needed. The high engine torque makes it possible to work smoothly while polishing even the hardest paint finish. The machine has an electronically controlled Soft Start system and speed stabilization function. The long and flexible cord and the ergonomic head of the machine provide support during a multi-hour work. The unit is equipped with replaceable backing plates with a diameter of 150 mm and 125 mm, which allow adapting the tool to various surface shapes. With this functionality, you can easily adapt your equipment to larger or smaller areas, which increases the flexibility and versatility of the unit. This is confirmed by the multi-stage and extensive tests of the equipment carried out before the product is placed on the market.
Machine operation:
The machine can be used for paint polishing or wax application with and increased speed and intensity compared to the rotary polisher. Eccentric movements performed by the machine are also known as Dual Action. This means that the machine makes a lot of small oval movements per minute, comparable to rotary movements with your hand. The rotational and eccentric movement never fully overlaps because the polishing pad rotates freely around the axis. With this technology, the machine operates safely and efficiently, minimizing the risk of holograms and scratches on the surface.
